How to Get a Garden

Attend the Registration Day in the spring. This is when you'll reserve your plot, volunteer for some garden maintenance tasks, and pay the plot fee.  Plot fees are determined by a sliding scale, and are between $20.00 and $85.00 per plot. Plot sizes range from a 20x20 plot to a 10x10 plot.

Returning Gardeners:
You have first dibs on your previous plot but only if you register before April 10th. You may request additional plots, and the garden registration volunteers will honor your request as space allows.You will need to fill out the registration forms again.

New Gardeners:
If you are interested in joining the Prairie Hills Community Garden, please contact Sarah at prairiehillsgarden@gmail.com to be place on our waiting list or find out about the registration day. If this is your first time gardening, we recommend you sign up for a smaller plot (either a 10x10 or 10x20).
